COCKTAILS RECIPES

RUM WITH ORANGE

Dell’s Daiquiri

Sometimes the way to someone’s heart can be through a perfectly crafted cocktail.

It was no coincidence that we chose our new ORANGE flavor for it – memorable! Our choice of a bartender to create Dell’s Daiquiri especially for us and especially for YOU was not accidental – Petar Bozhinov – the man who is passionate about what he does. The taste of this combination will haunt you all summer long…

PROSECO WITH GRAPEFRUIT

Summer Fling

Saturday night hasn’t sounded like… Saturday night – warm, thirsty for a cocktail and high heels. Cocktails, sorry! My excitement for the upcoming season is already here. It looks like a woman is writing from our profile, doesn’t it? One who never agreed that our month was March. Our month is SUMMER! Isn’t it a month? Yes, but it just goes by so fast…

Red wine season officially closed and I’m discovering this on Prosecco! I wanted to do it right away when Petar Bozhinov created this summer gem with prosecco, strawberries and my favorite Dell’s RED GRAPEFRUIT, but then I told myself that I have a whole summer ahead of me to enjoy it. And since it’s no secret that I really love fruits… and Dell’s Lemonades, because there the fruits are not only felt, they can also be seen, I also created Dell’s COCKTAILS – summery, fruity, ALCOHOLIC, flirting with the senses…

Wine glass

4 strawberries

5cl sugar syrup

Muddling method
6cl Ramazzotti Amaro

2.5cl Dell’s RED GRAPEFRUIT Syrup

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake method

Top up Prosseco

Garnish with strawberry and gypsophila

GIN AND PEACHES

Bellini Basil Smash

Do you like unusual ingredients and spicy aromas? This combination wins you over in the first moments after inhaling the aroma of fresh basil and fresh lime. And it continues to evolve after the sweet aromatic taste of velvety peaches contributed by Dell’s PEACH. Perhaps the most summer alcohol – GIN – is responsible for the long finish. The reasons for its seasonality are its unobtrusive taste and especially the aroma of juniper, which evokes that feeling of coolness…

Old Fashioned glass

4cl Gin

2.5cl Dell’s PEACH Syrup

3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice

5 basil leaves

Top up Prosseco

Shake method without prosecco

Garnish with a slice of peach and a sprig of basil

GIN AND RASPBERRIES

Highball Sapphire

Discover the scent of true summer with Highball Sapphire. When you first meet him, you will instantly find yourself on the sunny seashore. Both the taste and aroma are completely identical – you don’t even need to describe the sweet little raspberry, do you? And don’t forget that the tastiest cocktails are those shared in the nicest company!

Glass of Highball

5cl Gin

2.5cl Dell’s RASPBERRY Syrup

2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

6cl Ginger beer

Build method (building the cocktail in the glass)

Garnish with three raspberries and mint
