LIME & GINGER
Lime is quite well used in cooking and in the preparation of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. It is best to use squeezed lime juice when adding fruit juices or as part of a cocktail garnish. One of the most popular drinks – the mojito, cannot go without the addition of lime. We combine lime with ginger.
Ginger is a well-known and common ingredient in cooking, but its many health benefits also make it a great natural food supplement. It has been used in traditional Asian and Indian cuisine and medicine for thousands of years, and later became popular here in Europe.
HOW TO PREPARE AN AMAZING LEMONADE QUICK AND EASY – LIME & GINGER
- Pour 50ml Dell’s puree of your choice into a 500ml glass.
- Add a lemon wedge and top with ice cubes.
- Pour mineral or sparkling water to the top.
- Mix well and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Sip with a straw. That’s it!
The Right Proportions
Due to the high precision concentration and the rich fruit content, we recommend diluting the puree with drinking or carbonated water in a ratio of 1:8 (for making lemonades)* or one part of the puree is diluted with eight parts of drinking or carbonated water.
*** Subject to the recommended dilution of 1:8 from one bottle of puree 1000 ml. you get 9 L. fresh lemonade.
