    The passion fruit is characterized by a round to oval shape, with a diameter of 4 to 8 centimeters, with a strong outer shell (rind). The average weight is about 35-50 g.
    Inside, the fruit consists of membranous sacs containing light orange-colored, thick juice with numerous small, hard, dark brown or black pitted seeds. Yellow varieties are larger than purple varieties, but the pulp of the purple fruit is less acidic, richer in aroma and flavor, and has a higher proportion of juicy pulp.
    The health benefits of passion fruit are countless.

    The delicious, passion fruit is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and fiber. 100 g of fruit contains about 97 calories.
    Fruit is an excellent source of dietary fiber. 100 g of fruit pulp contains 10.4 g or 27% fiber. Good dietary fiber helps remove cholesterol from the body.

    HOW TO PREPARE AN AMAZING LEMONADE QUICK AND EASY – MARACUYA

    1. Pour 50ml Dell’s puree of your choice into a 500ml glass.
    2. Add a lemon wedge and top with ice cubes.
    3. Pour mineral or sparkling water to the top.
    4. Mix well and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
    5. Sip with a straw. That’s it!

    The Right Proportions

    Due to the high precision concentration and the rich fruit content, we recommend diluting the puree with drinking or carbonated water in a ratio of 1:8 (for making lemonades)* or one part of the puree is diluted with eight parts of drinking or carbonated water.
    *** Subject to the recommended dilution of 1:8 from one bottle of puree 1000 ml. you get 9 L. fresh lemonade.
